My wife and I really love this floor. We had never had a hardwood floor before, but we are really glad we made this decision. It is a lot easier to take care of than we thought it might be. I was afraid I would have to remove my shoes every time I came into the house, but that was not the case. I picked out this floor because I liked the advantages of an engineered hardwood floor. We looked at several manufactures and liked your hand scraped design the best. My wife and I installed approximately 700 sq. ft. at night and weekends between Thanksgiving and December 15th. Your product is top quality and the widths of each board were always exactly the same. I have been in construction for over 42 years and would highly recommend this product.

We chose this style because we loved the rich warm color of the wood that had an elegant look. We love that the random hand scraping really adds character to the flooring and gives one the feel of true hand craftsman versus run-of the-mill machine made flooring. We're very happy with our decision.

We installed over 1,400 sf of Villa Bella Maiori on the 1st floor of our home. We
chose this hand scraped hickory wood floor due to it's beauty and durability. We
really like the fact that the flooring comes in longer boards, and that the floor
includes the wide 8" planks. Our family has several large dogs, so we wanted a floor
that would be forgiving to "Dog Traffic?. This floor seems to be holding up very
well, and is very beautiful, and easy to maintain. The hand scraping really makes
a difference compared to the machine scraped floors. Also the distressed look will
make scratches, etc virtually disappear.

The Villa Bella floor is beautiful and I installed it in a home I wanted to sell
——the home sold within days of hitting market and the flooring made a great first
impression and helped close the sale at top dollar. I plan on using the same floor
